Women have longer orgasms and many women are capable of having multiple orgasms during the same session of intercourse. So one might be inclined to say that women feel a larger quantity of pleasure (if pleasure could be quantified).
On the other hand, men look forward to the single orgasm which all foreplay and sex leads up to, so perhaps men feel a greater quality of pleasure during their orgasm. Men who are capable of having multiple orgasms may have hit the physiological jackpot.
Really it's all just speculation and each sexual situation will vary greatly in pleasure depending on the partner's sexual frustration and desires before sex, their intimacy during sex, and how comfortable they are with each other sexually.

this question is impossible to answer. no one can say that their gender experiences more pleasure unless they have had sex as the opposing gender. This only happens with transexuals... and i'm not sure how reliable their organs would be for this experiment as they are "man made"

It depends on the man and the woman, individually. Some women are able to have multiple orgasms, and then some women (for whatever reasons, maybe they are too tense, or with a partner who doesn't know how to please them) are unable to orgasm at all.
In a way, this is an impossible question to answer ... because you only know what it's like from the perspective of your own gender. However, I'd be reasonably certain that both sexes get close to the same level of enjoyment from climax. In ways men have it better because of their enhanced sex drive, but then it's women that are multi-orgasmic ... so I'd say it evens out.
