How many exercises do you do of biceps and how often? They don't need to be, and shouldn't be worked out every other day but rather maybe twice a week max. Also, on days your working out biceps, I'd concentrate on the standard curling exercises with dumbells and barbells; i've been told they work better than machines when it comes to biceps. Another key is the antagonist to the biceps, the triceps. You should work these as much, or at least close to as much as the biceps and they will make your arms look larger. The last tip I would give you involves the top of your curl, at the point where flexion is at its peak and you can really feel the pump in your biceps. Try and squeeze your biceps for a second and hold it like that.

With all of this being said, if you are a naturally skinny person it will be difficult to develop monster biceps. You might want to look into supplementation but that in it's own right is a completely different topic which I'm sure has many branches on this website.

STEROIDS!!!!!!!

To make your biceps more defined they have to get bigger...obviously. So increase the weight in which you use every week or so. Also you should only be focusing on your arms 1-2 times a week, to let them recover and grow. Diet is also important, you can do all the lifting in the world but without replenishing them with protein you wont see much improvement. Read this and it should give you a better idea:

Hope this helps.

the only way to get them toned is to lose fat, the only way top get them bigger is to work them out and eat enough food to feed your muscles.
