No Harriet is on the money. Circumcision removes some girth (along with about two thirds of the penile skin, specialised structures and a lot of sensitive nerve endings). If too much skin is removed circumcision can cause painful erections and actually prevent the penis achieving its full potential length. Circumfetish males believe the glans flares more after the operation but there are plenty of intact males with the same shaped flared glans. The shape of the glans is governed by genetics not by the presence or absence of a foreskin.
