Diet & workout question?!

Question: ok i posted a question about getting abs earlier today and diet seems to be the only weigh. If i cut my diet, which is at 1500-1800 calories a day down to 1000-1200 calories and maintain my current work out plan will i lose the extra weight thats above my abs? Im at 162lbs and am 5-10ish. My only concern is that this is not enough calories for my body, i am only 19. I burn about 400 calories everyday in the gym with my cardio workouts. and i lift free weights for about 1.5 hours on the alternate days, so i burn alot of calories everyday, i mean i leave the gym soaked in sweat lol. Just wanting some input on my idea. I was thinking 300 cals for breakfast. 200 cals for lunch, 200 cals at 3pm and 300 for dinner at 6pm while drinking about 120 ounces of water like i normally do. Maybe throw in an apple if i get hungry, also i am on and ephedrine caffine aspirin regimen. Will this get me a six pack in 2 months. I am at 16% body fat now, and thats a questimation. based off my scale at home

No, you should definitely keep your diet to at least 1800 calories, but your question is also hard to answer because you don't provide us with vital info like height and weight so I can't be much help. I think that you should try this program I use to get a six pack that you can find on www.iwantsixpackabs.com, this site is well renowned for its quality information on getting a six pack. It's completely free so don't worry about that.

aaa say wha lolz?? ask a coach or workout person..

First off - from your explanation of diet - if you've been doing that long I can't imagine your 16% bodyfat. But it would be nice to lower that to 8 - 12 if you want some abs; your home scale is not accurate so that you know - it could be off up to 7%. But dont worry aobut number - it's all about results, and for you, all about looks. As far as workout is concerned you want to workout 4 - 5 days per week and use a split parts workout (different parts each day, covering your whole body over the week...and DO NOT IGNORE LEGS, so many people just leave out leg day). And every day do about 3 different ab workout, 2 sets of 20 or so for each. One workout for you upper abs, one for you lowers, one for you obliques. Do these workout every day - by over working your abdomen you will keep it lean and tight.

Here is the deal, in order for your body to get stronger it is going to need a lot of protein. Eggs and that type of stuff, maybe even a protein drink. If you are burning that many calories at the gym than you should be eating healthy foods filled with protein. Not big macs but fish, eggs, burgers, cheese, and other meats as well. If you have a little weight where your stomach is than you should try to lose that first. Try weight watchers. My mom said that it was the best diet that she had ever been on. Then work on the six pack. If you work out for about 6 months maybe going to he gym every other day and eating tons of protein you will get our six pack no problem. You don't seem to have to lose weight but google B.M.I and check it.

i wouldn't cut calories down any farther, you need to eat small snacks like apple or yogurt about every hour and a half to keep your metabolism up. also do ab specific workouts, you burn calories off the muscle that you are working out.
