Question: To be honest, the average foot doesn't really have much muscle. Mostly it is where ligaments (fibrous band that connects muscle to bone) attach to the tarsals (foot bones) and the rest of it is other types of tissue. So no your foot wont get wider because there isn't much muscle there to build up.
