Question: When i place a condom on, by the time i have peeled it to the base of my shaft i seem to always prematurely ejaculate. I think its the latex or rubber that sets me off.
someone suggested a tie band at the bottom of my penis to stop this from happening but I'm scared i may pass out with the loss of blood to my brain.
do you think i have a condom fetish and would a band on my shaft help or cause me to pass out.

Well, you can always ask for some doctor's help. I think they have some kind of pills you can take or something, idk.
Why not just forget about the condom..I never could stand them..I always felt that sex should be enjoyable to both persons..or why bother.
For centuries men have been using a "tournequette" at the base of the shaft to improve endurance. Don't fasten so tightly that your dingus will fall off. The idea is that the "strap" or "ring" has little effect on the blood flowing INTO your member, but slows the flow of blood OUT of it. The more blood in that thing, the harder it is.
If you practice with a condom by yourself and treat it as a matter of hygeine instead of thinking "arounsing thoughts" you may be able to train yourself into a different response. (BTW, mail order condoms in bulk cost about 1/4 the price of drugstore condoms.)
Added later: OMG, I can't believe that writer! Having unprotected sex is like playing Russian Roulette! ALWAYS use a condom for EVERYTHING! The slight diminution of please is more than made up for by protection from diseases like HIV, TB, Hepatitus, and dozens of STDs.
Putting a band at the base of your shaft will do much worse for you. Maybe you're still young or maybe you masturbate only a little. As you do it regularly, you seem to be immune by the caresses and in the long run makes you a little unreactive of it, that's why you can do it longer.

Yes, you should wear condoms, and you probably have what is called a fetish for condoms. Practice putting them on without a partner. When you get excited, but before the point of no return, just stop and relax a bit, and let yourself calm down, then once calm, continue what you were doing. After awhile you will desensitize yourself to this. Premature ejaculation is one of the most curable dysfunctions, dude.
my only advice for you is to .... masturbate. try masturbating for long periods of time before ejaculating. and then try jacking off with a condom. new sensations can easily trigger ejaculation so if you try to get used to it, it might not happen anymore. oh and if you ejaculate from putting the condom before you start to masturbate just go ahead and try to get a second one going because most of the time the first ejaculation isn't the end of it

This is a first for me. I always felt that a condom inhibits some of the feeling so you don't prematurely ejaculate.
