Red scrotum and small pimples?!
Question: I'm 15 and over the last few days my scrotum has been red and is often not baggy. There are also small pimples on the scrotum and penis. It isn't itchy and doesn't affect me in anyway.
Does anyone know what this is?

your scrotum is normal
at 15 you are producing testosterone which makes the skin on your scrotum turn a darker or reddish color, it OK
the skin does develop small bumps, pimple like, they are not a problem either. This sound very much like simple sebaceous cysts of the scrotum, which are rather like infected hair follicles, and which occasionally, can become infected or inflamed.

A trip to the Dr. is in order. Sounds like an infection, but should clear up with treatment.
Sounds like "heat" or a rash that develops when a body part gets to warm or irritated. Wash well, and dry, then apply Gold Bond Medicated powder or other medicated powder and you wil l be fine--same rash as diaper rash, but not limited to babies. No doctor needed.
I can't see why your scotrum will turn red. This is not true for colored people.
