I have a mole on my breast, and I can honestly say that not one of the 3 men I have been with has ever noticed it, or if he did notice it he didn't mention it. And it certainly hasn't hindered my sexual experiences.
i dunno. i can't speak for all men. have thought of getting it removed? cover it up with make-up?

i'd probably think it was cute. tiny little "flaws" just give a lady more personality. chill no one will even notice it unless you make a big deal of it.
Obviously I am not a man, but I don't see how a tiny mole can be a turnoff. If a man is that superficial then you don't need him anyway. If a mole was a turnoff nobody would have boyfriends/girlfriends.
If he didn't notice it while he was taking your clothes off then he won't run away screaming ;o)

I would have to say no its not. This is not guided towards you the other answer I have is if you are having good sex then you shouldnt be able to notice the mole cause you are to busy being satisfied.
i wouldnt think many men would have a problem with that at all. especially if it is 'tiny' . he may notice it if your having sex (duh) but somehow i doubt its gonna abruptly stop when he sees a spec on your chest.
