Is it true if you masterbate day you dont give time for your penis to grow?!

Question: No, that's ridiculous.
Masturbation is in no way unhealthy, unless you actually injure yourself by doing it wrong.

It's actually very good for you, because it strengthens the prostate gland.
I'll give you some advice though, that will help you tremendously when you get older:
Don't try to achieve orgasm as quickly as possible. Drag it out, try to last as long as you can.
The reason is, someday, when you have sex, you're going to find out that females take MUCH longer to orgasm than guys do, and you will not last long enough to make them happy, unless you've already conditioned yourself to be able to last a long time.
The way to do this, is to try to make it last LONGER while you're masturbating, not SHORTER.

But to answer your question, it's not going to make your penis stop growing or whatever.
If anything, the opposite!
