Im a 17 year old senior guy, 5'9.5 and 125lbs how do i bulk up?!

Lift some weights, get some whey protein to make some shakes out of it, and you should be set. The whey protein is good to enhance the muscle building faster...I think. Just hit the gym 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 mins and you should be at 140-145 in no time :D

the first thing you got to do is get yourself on a great diet...65% of any work-out is the diet try to eat meats,fruits,protein, and lots of water. Now the second step, you have to hit the gym with a set work-out plan at least 4 days a week. Once you do all this you will def. see improvements within 4 weeks BEST OF LUCK
