Hey man sorry you are getting some negative feed back on here but honestly a penis enlargment surgery is not for you and I will tell you why instead fo giving you stupid answers and calling you an idiot. First off a penis enlargment surgery would actually do more damage and may possibly damage the nerves from working again. Most surgeries are performed and fat is deposited into the penis and into the capularies that inflate when when blood is rushed in during arousel. Their are negative test subjects that have shown cases of a lumpy look in the penis like a bag full of door nobs. becasue of the fat depositing into the capilaries. It is a very dangeours surgery and I think you would be better off without it.......
