Only info I can find about that is it is used in some women's menopause medication.
I think that is effective in controlling appetites of all kinds.

No way, horse urine needs to be sterilized before consumed. The only thing I know it is used in is female hormonal replacement. Find another way to control them. Work a lot or work out etc.
