No reason to feel ashamed, you can't help snoring. If you have not tried them, there are breathing strips available at any pharmacy you can use to open your nasal passages. They work well for my son, who can be heard snoring outside-and reduce the noise to a tolerable level or even eliminate it. Snoring is also a sign of sleep apnea, which means you aren't getting enough oxygen and will not be as refreshed as someone who sleeps the same amount of time. Try the strips if you haven't already-if they don't work, doctors have different ways of treating bad snoring.

yeah my man does and he wont do anything about it one of these days im gonna chop his willy off. the selfish bugger. you get yourself to the doctors, least you can say your doing summit about it

Well the thing about snoring is that when you breathe when you sleep your flap of your mouth ( imbetween your mouth and back of nose on the inside, i don't know the name.) like vibrates from your irregular intake of air. So you have to start breathing through your nose only, maybe you can tape up your mouth so that you can breathe through you nose only. ppl with big noses have alot of air to have no use of snoring, i think. Also there are some products that you put on your nose that stops you from snoring. Which do help.

Go see your doctor and ask about having a sleep study done to see whether you have Sleep Apnea, it causes excessive snoring and in it's worst cases can be deadly.
Also do a web search on "Sleep Apnea" to learn more about it then I have the time to type in here.
