I would have to say either the very end of the foreskin, or the area around the frenulum. They're both equally sensitive, so it's kind of difficult to pick one. I think overall though, that the foreskin gives a little more pleasure than the head.
I would have to say where the foreskin meets the glans. Particularly the back. THe hole is also very sensitive.
