A tissue is always a good option. No mess on sheets. Really depends on your situation. Assuming you are a young fella who lives at home, you probably won't want to leave any "evidence"
So the tissue which you can flush down the loo is a good option.
BTW - it's a reasonable question - not weird or awkward.
