150 at 5'4" is a tiny bit over weight for men, but you are thirteen and you aren't done growing. It also is not unusual at all for boys your age to gain weight before they have a growth spurt, and you will most likely grow in to it and probably gain even more.
dont worry. i am a girl, but when i was 13 i got pretty chubby for about a year. once i grew, (and got into athletcs) i thinned out alot and now i am fine. i know ur a guy so ur different, but you will still grow and lose it.
just remember staying active and eating healthy never hurt anyone either!!
