Question: in the month of june,ive got a sick.NEPHROTIC SYNDROME in my kidney..id refer to go in my school clinic.the doctor told us that must better i go to the internal medicine and kidney desiseas.so she refer me to my doctor right now!!!so the problem is he check my penis..i dont know what is the reason behind...one more thing is when everytime i go in there clinic i dont have any pay amount,..and im getting doubt when he ask if how old i am...and i answer 20 yrs. old...and he replied me oh,your not a pedia,so can i rape you!!!i dont know thats a joke or not!!!until now im going to his clinic in 8 months right now!!eventhough my result in urine is normal...and he told me that my problem is my blood pressure...130/ 80.in every week i go to him and check the Blood Pressure!and he also check my penis..he ask always if when last day of my masturbation...i dont know if what im doing...i cant change my doctor because i cant afford to pay,,im only a poor...so what should i do?please help me...

okay, i Think he's trying to lighten the mood. it's an embarrassing thing for some guys to have to drop their pants (not that you're not well-equipped, it's just 'different'), so i imagine he's trying to lighten the mood.
my guess is that the reason he is checking your penis is to make sure that your kidney problems aren't related to anything down there. i assume he's checking your testicles, asking you to cough, he may feel in the perineum (the area between your scrotum and anus) as well, which would help him to check your prostate without sticking his hand in you.
i'm speaking from personal experience. i had an infection in my testicles that spread to the glands in my legs. when i first went to the ER about it, they didn't think it had anything to do with my kidneys or prostate. i got a referral to a urologist if it happened again, it did. i ended up going to two different urologists (one abroad, as i was out of the country at the time, and then another in the states). the first urologist, the foreigner, immediately figured out that it was my prostate. prostatitis -- an infection there, which was spreading throughout the rest of that area. he gave me great pain pills and antibiotics. when i got back to the US, i went to my current urologist. he thought (and it was english this time!) that it may have been something in my kidneys, and not actually my prostate as the source. i got the MRI on them, as well as an ultrasound of my testicles to be safe.
the reason i bring this up is that i had somehow gotten an infection from my kidneys and it stayed in my scrotum, and then spread. the way i think it may have happened was ejaculating (solo, lol), and some 'tainted' urine entering the vas deferens or whatever and then down there.
so, i think he may be asking you about your last time masturbating because he's trying to figure out if you're valves aren't working right.
but, that all said: the next time you go in, ask him WHY he's checking your penis. listen for his response. while he's looking at it, take a look at his crotch and see if he looks hard or not. if so, then you definitely have a problem with him.

You should make a complaint on the doctor to the state medical examiner board. There are many instances of doctors having inappropriate behaviors toward patients and this behavior can affect a lot of people. Report the doctor and seek an alternative physician immediately.
Are you serious about the "pedia" statement he made? If I were you, I would immediately stop seeing him. Further, if he works for a hospital, I would report him to the administration. That is certainly not professional behavior!
