Do you masterbate?

did someone throw a baseball at it going 98 mph

did you get kicked? some times it just happends.

did you get hit in your testicle lately? if so maybe u peircd a vain or somthing... i would go to the doctor immediatly because if one busts your purse will swell until it bursts

hernia, tumor, swift kick, blue balls

or any combination

Tumor.
Cancer.

The Doctor will explain all the possibilites.

It may even be a vein, that's possible.

any heavy lifting lately? hernia?

It swollen, it must be hydrocele.
You need to consult an urologist and possibly have it operated upon. It'll be a simple surgery but done under general anesthesia.

Good luck.

were you trying out for American idol by kicking yourself in the nuts.

Can you notice any form of lump or bump ? It's not necessarily alarming, but my brother in law has a hernia in his testicle and it ached for a while when a small bump type lump became evident. Apparently it's not too uncommon and relatively easy to fix. (He does some pretty heavy manual labour too, whether or not that causes it like stomach hernias I'm not sure)

I wouldn't muck about though dude, straight to the doctor for you. The quicker whatever it might be gets treated the better, even if it's a minor thing.

Hopefully just a sprain from excess use :)

Good luck.
