Yes, they will be left handed that's all! LOL.
I'm sure your fine. If you can ejaculate, you can have kids. (depending on your sperm count)
I got reported last time I commented on an adult question so I hope it doesn't happen this time.

dude.. thats normal. its not having kids you want to worry about anyways :P

It is not problem to having kids

You can have kids with just one, but I wonder why the imbalance. I'm sure the smaller one isn't pulled into an orbit around the larger sphere. Is your left nad very large, or is your right bean very small?

That is something I would most definitely see the doctor about, but ask him to warm his hands first. Good luck!

If you think you have HIV, you most likely do.

Try sticking your WANG in a Clit for a change,

anatomically one is supposed to be larger than the other. check any anatomy text book.

every mans right testicle is smaller than the left one my doctor told me when he was doing a check up on me ,yes you still can have kids if you still produce sperm

That is scientifically a fact, therefore that is very normal for a true guy

How small?

that is the natural way one testicle is supposed to be bigger than the other one.
