How do you build mass on your muscles?!

If you want mass, you do less reps (8-10) with the heaviest weights you can do, meaning once you've reached the 8th rep you could barely finish it. If you want toning, then you do higher number of reps with lighter weights. And don't forget lots of protein is needed for muscles to grow.

work out, lift free weights, lots of reps with not as much weight

I don't know about working out but my brother is really into it. He started taking whey protein and some other supplements that you can find from GNC. He also did a lot of weight lifting. Be careful when taking supplements and make sure you don't overdo it! The best thing to do is probably to go to a gym and hire a fitness trainer for a day to give you tips. Good luck!

you just work out, make sure you do it regularly, like 2 times a week, and get all your muscles, like your biceps (curls) triceps (that one excersise... lol) pecs (bench press) abs (crunches) ya know, stuff like that.

Eat a diet with more protein and other healthy foods. Don't abandnon carbs those give you energy to move. If you stop eating carbs, the harder it will be to workout because you won't have the energy for it. Try the ussual like pushups, crunches, and other things without weights. Also work with machines on every area of your body.
