I want to gain some muscle (with the stuff from GNC)?!


Question: basically, i wanna use something from GNC that helps you bulk up. im just not sure which one to get exactly (because there are so many products out there!) basically something that will help me gain muscle and not fat... any idea what is the best supplement? HGH?

Save your money. Buy protein, make shakes, and lift heavy. Weight gainers are garbage and nearly all legal supplements are just so much crap thrown together with a great marketing campaign.
