This problem bothers me EVERYDAY?!


Question: Well I guess I have IBS. But this problem has been bothering me the last 3, 4 years. When ever I get scared, at school, at home doesn't matter. Just that I get scared, I get a feeling in my stomach and about 1 minute after that, I start getting gassy. And also the body part between my penis and my stomach, hurts. Sometimes at school if the feeling happens a lot I am gassy ALL day. Or the part that I told you about, hurts ALL day. This is annoying. I just dont understand why I cant relax. I'm always worried and uptight. Trust me when I say this, I CANT RELAX FOR 1 minute. I just can't. I'm scared and I worry EVERY single day. But this problem is annoying. I need to learn how to relax. Taking deep breaths? Drinking water? Closing my eyes for a minute? Just tell me, help me relax. My eating isn't really help at this time. Maybe thats what's causing this. I also seem to fart a lot. And when ever I get sweaty, my pubic area SMELLS REALLY BAD.

You should talk to a doctor about the whole situation. It may be IBS or something else, but a doctor can do tests to find out what is wrong with you.
Besides that, it sounds as though you have an anxiety disorder, probably Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It would be worth your while to talk to a therapist about it. Therapy can help. Here is some more info. about it:
