Do not worry about it. If it works that is all that counts. Average is between 5 to 6 inches for an adult.

I believe anyone attempting to conduct a scientific survey of 12 year olds' erect penises would be arrested as a child molester and sent away for life, so there aren't any figures. Besides, many 12 year olds haven't entered puberty yet, so their penises tend to still be in the infantile stage (less than 2 inches). In any case, it's not anything you have any control over, there's no way to know how big it will get eventually, and it doesn't matter anyhow, except to other boys. Don't worry about it. If it's big enough to masturbate with, then it's big enough for all purposes.
