Your head won't stop completely growing until about the age of 25. Its not that your head will grow bigger persay, just the cartlige fuses into bone in the growth plates of the head. So, in a way, you head might actually shrink a little.

Some people have larger heads simply because the store more fat there than others. Its called "baby fat", everybody has it, some more or less than others, but it almost always goes away later on in life unless you're really obesse.
