you should go see your doctor. not being able to raise the sail is a sign of high blood sugar or diabetis. If you find your wife unnattractive then you should bring costumes into the bedroom and try doing it doggy style or reverse cowgirl so that you dont have to see her face, just the costume and you can just imagine somone more attractive.

It'll have been nice if she just a bit ugly, but when it sort of get to the extent of been ugly..., wow, that is so disastrous. There's now way you can get an erection with that. Oh.. there's a psychological affecting matter if this is your problem. If you're wife is ugly (as you said) well, this is one big factor that your penis cant last for 2 minutes becuase you're thinkin of your wife's ugliness...
Maybe in this situation, try to tell your wife to get some enhancements. Maybe she should try to have a make-over. If you could afford to send her in the best cosmeitc surgeon then you have too.
