Most girls don't care one way or the other. Most guys in Australia are uncircumcised but in America it's actually the opposite. If you lived in the states you would fit right into the majority. I'm uncircumcised and American and girls don't seem to care, so I doubt that they would care much in Australia that you were circumcised. To be honest, in my experience, girls don't really seem to place that much importance on penis at all. They either like you or they don't and your penis very rarely factors into that.
It doesn't make any difference, just be gentle and caring and you can't go wrong.
I would think most women prefer circumcised men.
If anything there is slightly less sensation for you.

It's not how big it is, it's how you use it. At 14, you shouldn't even be using it yet. Did you know the "average" size is actually about 5 inches (or 13cm)? I bet you're bigger than average. Girls don't really care as long as you make them feel good. Same with circumcision. Generally, they say it's easier to keep it clean if it's circumcised, so that should be a good thing. Don't worry about it.
You are lucky, it's much better to be circumcised and girls/women who have tried both much prefer a circumcised man as a sexual partner because a circumcised penis is cleaner, more attractive in appearance and provides much more pleasure both for the man and the woman during intercourse - just ask ask any experienced woman!!. There are NO disadvantages to being circumcised and no loss of sensation - quite the reverse in fact!. Those "teenies" who are telling you otherwise are either young inexperienced politically-correct girls or young immature uncircumcised boys. Non of them can have any idea of the real benefits of circumcision and they mostly get their "information" from weird freaky anti-circumcision propaganda websites, run by foreskin fetishists, where (often inadequate) uncuts are encouraged to feel a bit better about having a foreskin. IGNORE THESE KIDS and their silly talk about foreskins - your far better to be circumcised and they secretly envy you!
Actually, in Australia, you're viewed like us uncut guys in America, as circumcision is the oddity there, so you may be greeted with a bit of shock and curiosity. As for whether ladies actually care, I can tell you that more ladies in Australia will prefer uncut penises, as that is the commonality, while more ladies here in America will prefer circumcised penises, but there are women in both areas that prefer the more uncommon variety. I'm sorry to say, but research has been done in which the outcome was that women got more enjoyment out of a uncircumcised guy, but either way, as long as it does what it's supposed to, how your penis looks really shouldn't matter much to her. As for average length, you're good there, so nothing to worry about in that regard, as penises that are too big or really small are often not that desirable. That ponysteel guy doesnt know what hes talking about. Its only common sense that when cut penises rubs across your pants all day it becomes immune losing sensation or the skin is adapting to it. for uncut its always protected in a way being sensitive to the touch.
