Is your sexual activity recent? Has it just become more frequent? It's possible that you are stressing your groin muscles more than they are used to. It would be like changing your jogging distance from 2 miles to 5 miles. Your legs would get sore with the increased activity.

its just the muscles that push out the semen get tired just like if you lift to much weight with an arm, sooner or later, your going to get sore.
