It is dangerous if the man's penis is really thick. Thickness of the penis could cause a tear during anal sex. But other than that it's not unhealthy unless one of you have an STD.
Anal sex can be unhealthy for a number of reasons. Many young people feel that anal sex prevents the contraction of STD's but this is not the case. Also, going from anal to vaginal sex increases the chance of UTI's etc. Finally, there are some who believe that anal sex can predispose a person to hemorrhoids and prolapses (Where the bowel actually comes out of the rectum) Finally, I think you should ask yourself why the person you are in a relationship with would be willing to risk your health and comfort for their own pleasure.
I ve heard it can tear tissues but not sure . long as you use KY lube or something, things should be fine. and it must start slow or you or your partner may hurt themselves
It can be dangerous; therre are risks in any type of sex but probably more in anal. It can be practiced in a safe manner and some people do like it while others do not. I would suggest that if you are going to try it you find out how to do it in a safe manner.
