Make a point to talk to him.
Make sure your clothes are clean & neat, your hair and makeup are simple, but perfect.
When you talk to him, open your eyes wide and make eye contact. He has to feel like the center of the universe to you while you are talking.
Make sure to smile and 'light up' while talking to him.
Then walk away and dont look back.
By being a good-looking, confident girl that focuses on him will get his attention.
You don't have to change your looks, just go talk to him.
Invite him over to your house and say it's for homework help and then lock your door and start doing stuff to him. He'll love it as long as your hot and naked.
ask him if he will get you pregnant, that's the best way to get attention.

Don't really have to change anything. Try to get him to notice you. Have little chats about things in the hallway. Try not to be clingy or needy (no offense) cause that might turn him off. Ask if he would want to hangout, if he says yes then your in, if its a no or a sorry I'm kinda busy today/this weekend don't bother with him.. And most importantly don't freak out around him.
First have your friends talk to him and see what he is looking for in a girl. If you think you can comfortably become that girl that he is looking for than go for it, but don't try to become something that you can't naturally be.
I wouldn't say there is anything you can do about your looks. As for him to like you. Talk to him, laugh at all his jokes, and basically be interested in everything he has to say. Ask him questions and try not to talk about yourself to much.
