it's hard to rid your pimples on that area because pants locks in sweat ..... simple soap and water can help but i'm sure you already wash use rubbing alcohol and baby powder it to keep it dry....or you could run around with no pants on
pimple cream!!!
this is not a healthy solution but you can always go to tanning bed!! it will dry them out!! My aunt went to the tanning bed because that is the only way she could get rid of them on her back!!
