How can I enlarge my penis & how can do long time sex?!

Question: Don't bother trying to enlarge. You get what you are given. It's about genetic. If you are a generous lover, size will not matter.

In general, practice and relaxation will help you deal with the problem. Some men try to distract themselves by thinking non-sexual thoughts (such as naming baseball players and records) to avoid becoming excited too fast.

Some helpful techniques include the following:

Masturbate an hour or so before having sex.

The "stop and start" method:

This technique involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate. The stimulation is then removed for about thirty seconds and then may be resumed. The sequence is repeated until ejaculation is desired, the final time allowing the stimulation to continue until ejaculation occurs.

The "squeeze" method:

This technique involves sexual stimulation until the man recognizes that he is about to ejaculate. At that point, the man or his partner gently squeezes the end of the penis (where the glans meets the shaft) for several seconds, withholding further sexual stimulation for about 30 seconds, and then resuming stimulation. The sequence may be repeated by the person or couple until ejaculation is desired, the final time allowing the stimulation to continue until ejaculation occurs.

you can't and practice.

suck on it alot, if you can't reach, get someone to do this. stamina Re sex; do it with people you find less sexy.

nothing enlarges your penis ever... practise is the right answer...

you can't enlarge your penis-sorry, but you can masturbate a lot more and then you will build up stamina to last longer. good luck and have fun :-)

i have a large dick... i always wanted to try anal with my gf's but they wont let me cos im too big (in girth and length). i cant even get a decent bl ow job. trust me a huge dick isnt what people imagine it to be. you just end up hurting girls instead.

try and be happy with what you've got.

Hi
Practising won't help to much. I've had the same problem, and and I practised a lot, but still could never do more than 4 minutes or so.
There is an enlargement pill, that resolves both of your problems.

Firstly it will make your penis bigger, but it also makes you last a lot longer before you get an errection. For me and my wife this was an awesome thing, and now we have a better sex life than ever before.
Good luck!
