Is this technique for building sexual stamina dangerous???!

Question: Okay, I'm doing Kegel exercises and right after that, I masturbate until I get to the "point of no return" and then squeeze with all my might so I don't "go" and the sensation goes away. I do this 5 times before finally "releasing" on the 6th. Is this a dangerous way to build stamina? I've heard that it can lead to ED if done year after year on a consistent basis, but how is this different from squeezing and holding it while having sex? It's the same thing right? So why should squeezing and holding it back during masturbation lead to ED when the EXACT same exercise is performed during sex? Is there a difference?

Help me out here peoples!!!

I think it's fine to do, it's supposed to make the final event better too. But here's a tip for you guys, most women (me and all my friends that I've spoken with) really do not want you to take 10 years to finish. We tend to get sore if it takes forever, so don't think you have to take forever. 20 minutes is plenty for me...But anyway, the rest isn't really about what you asked, but just an observation.

i dont think thats a good idea. it may also stop you from having children when your older as well

Go for it! But it seems you have practiced enough to have had some results!!
