Sexual activity while on Accutane?!

I'm pretty sure the birth defects only happen when the mother is taking it because it's to do with the foetal development. So I don't think it would affect your sperm and cause problems after conception. By all means ask your doctor but if it caused a problem they would warn you (like they do with all females, and prescribe the pill). I also googled and found nothing.
Well Zach, I do actually know a little bit about Accutane. A study with women using this drug found out of 2000, children born under MOTHERS using this drug about 160 were born with defects. I would say those chances are a bit less for men because the manufacturer give no direct warning about men using it with sexual activity.
