You can't. Small hands, big hands, small feet, big feet, long nose, pug nose... they are all non relational to length and girth. In 'general' tall guys are longer. Guys built wider with wide shoulders tend to be thicker. But it is all very relative. I read a study that was done of all different nationalities and overall Italian men (full blooded) had the biggest, and Turkish men had overall the smallest. But even within ethnic groups there was a lot of variation.
