Definitely see a doctor. It sounds like you have some odd condition near your anus. In the mean time, but some moisturizing baby wipes, and start using them immediately. A doctor's appt. may take a while to make, but the baby wipes should help immediately. As far as your GF, talk to her! Tell her the problem, so she doesn't think you are a weirdo.

maybe the skin is really dry.

try applying some lotion too it once & a while.

See a doctor immediately. Tell your mom and dad. You need medical help.

You probably have an irritation hence the bleeding, flaking, itching. Have a doctor check it out... and put creams and lotions on it to calm it down.

kill me.

wtf?

u need itch relief cream or something

Poor dude! The good news is that I think everyone has a cracked crack at least once in their lifetime. Yes it itches but scratching is bad, that's why you see blood. Take a shower and wash it really good with soap. Hold your breath because this might sting quite a bit. After your shower dry it completely dry and apply some zinc oxide 2-3 daily. Don't use too much. If it doesn't help in a couple of days then ask your favorite parent to take you to a doctor for personal reasons. You might have a fungal or yeasty thing going on that will require special medicine. Whatever you do, DON"T scratch!

You need some calomine lotion. It the miricle itch cream. Also try putting baby powder after the lotion is applied. It helps keep it dry. Trust me I had the same problem..and I was really embarresed too. Hope this helps.

Ok, see a doctor, you should not be flaking or bleeding. At least tell your parents.

Get a good cream or ointment and put it on before school. If you need to reapply, go to the restroom (make sure this cream is something typical, so if someone finds it or it drops out your pocket it looks normal and doesn't embarrass you. Get something for sensitive skin in a pocket/travel size at like CVS... maybe Vaseline brand, it's not flowery or anything.

I think your best bet might be A+D Originial Ointment "Diaper Rash Ointment & All Purpose Skin Protectant". It says it heals dry chafed skin and protects and soothes minor cuts &burns. It's thick too, so it should have staying power. I wouldn't apply too much though, just in case it gets runny. I would put it on before bed too.

Use a pen or a ruler....
Seriously, get some diaper rash cream on it....

with a tooth brush. they're small and portable, so you can just whip it out when needed. and use vaseline back there. it must by very dry so it itches. use aveeno products back there too. and a anti itch oinment with steroids. they work good. and dont use strong soaps in the area, such as axe.
