Does masturbating and stopping yourself on purposeto build stamina lead to E.D.?!

Question: Okay, I'm doing Kegel exercises and right after that, I masturbate until I get to the "point of no return" and then squeeze with all my might so I don't "go" and the sensation goes away. I do this 5 times before finally "releasing" on the 6th. Is this a dangerous way to build stamina? I've heard that it can lead to ED if done year after year on a consistent basis, but how is this different from squeezing and holding it while having sex? It's the same thing right? So why should squeezing and holding it back during masturbation lead to ED when the EXACT same exercise is performed during sex? Is there a difference?

Help me out here peoples!!!

I've been doing what you describe, for ages now. No problems so far!
I found it a great way to last longer in the bedroom!

I don't have an answer for you other than I wouldn't try that at all! I have learned over the years that it is much more mental than physical, so work on your mind more and less on ol' boy.

You have to focus your mind more on her and where she is on the journey. Doing this will bring the two of you in step towards a harmonious arrival at the intended destination (most of the time). This technique is not so effective when you have multiple partners.

yeah what guy said above
