no. it shouldn't effect your drug test.
if you want to know what happens in the medical, then i suggest asking this in the police/law enforcement section, where police officers hang out
but to ensure it doesn't effect your test, give yourself about 3 days of not sucking your friend off, and try your best to not be around him while he smokes
medical help- u need psychological help.
i think it would affect your results
just be careful and avoid all sexual contact and the smoke for a good week before the medical

Yes I suppose inhaling secondhand marijuana smoke could cause you to fail a drug test. Might be best to stay away from his smoke for a couple weeks before the test just to make sure.
