Possibly. Some people care a lot about sex, some don't care at all. Some care about size, some don't. Most women would rather you know how to use it than how big it is.
It can be an issue but only if he is really small. Otherwise it really isn't as big of a deal as you may think

Well some organs are portable, and if you carry one around on a date with you, the female may not like it. Can't say I would blame her. So yes, the size of an organ would definitely impact a relationship. Larger size organs need to be transported in a truch. No girl wants what amounts to a piece of furniture accompanying her on a date!
I know a lot of people say it doesn't, but that isn't true. I've dated my partner for a year and a half. He's only 6 and I'm bigger. Before we even got down he told how small he was. It was okay because I was attracted to his mental ability as well as his physical attributes, but as time progressed forward it was something I couldnt deal with.
