How to become more muscular, lean, and have less body fat %?!


Question: I am 6'3" and weigh 170. I do not care about my weight, but I am 10 percent body fat! I want to loose body fat, so i can become lean. I would like to have a sexy muscular body. PLEASE HELP! No spam. Serious question, Serious answers please.

I would like to:
1) loose body fat
2) get rid of flabbiness
3) gain some muscle ( I am not interested in getting buff)


Suggestions on diet, exercise, EVERYTHING PLEASE!!!!

do cardivascular stuff, like jump ropeing and running to loose weight and dont eat protien bars or shakes becuase you wont loose weight then. to tone your muscles and not get them buff you swim.

use an erg machine( rowing machine) use it for about 2 hours a day or more at a high intensity you will have noticibly lower body fat in 2 weeks

Take ripped fuel and drink plenty of water and do a lot of running and suicides.
