Is it possible that she was just on her period? Maybe she was too embarrassed to tell you. Perhaps her period just started or was just stopping and she thought that the blood would be minimal and she could fool you. But having sex, you putting your weight on her, would kind of squeeze more blood out. That would embarrass anyone. If that is not the case then you need to encourage her to go to a doctor, the sooner the better. If she's a minor and afraid to tell her mother then you can take her to a family planning clinic.
By the way fifteen minutes is quite a long time for a guys first time. Before you pat yourself on the back though, why did you keep doing it if you knew she was in pain? Just a bit thoughtless of you don't you think?

From your description, she either needs medical attention, or she's a virgin. I'm guessing she was not telling U the truth, and this is her 1st time.
