teach him control. if he likes hand jobs he will let you practice by getting him close to orgasm then stopping it, when he starts to come, you can press your thumb at the root of his penis, actually below the scrotum. this will slow down the urge to ejaculate. or you can squeeze his penis with your thumb and index finger right below the head.
try giving each other orgasms without penetration. do you enjoy getting oral stimulation? tell him how to turn you on and let him get you very close to your "point" before he even gets his penis near you.
he is a very lucky man if you do not want him to lose any pleasure. make sure you give him a chance to return the favor

Try the squeeze technique. That's when he is about ready to have an orgasm, reach down and give his balls a gentle squeeze and the pain will cause his orgasm to stop. Keep doing this until you have an orgasm and then let him have his. It will take practice by you so you won't hurt him to much and cause him to lose his erection but once you have mastered the technique you both will be very very happy. I know because my gf does it to me.

Ask him to engage in a lot of foreplay. Take deep breaths and be relaxed. try fingering youreself while he is foreplaying. Make him shift positions. The best would be to try using Tantric sex.
