When you are about to ejaculate, the body blocks the urination track so you can only...ejaculate and not urinate. After ejaculation, this valve or whatever shifts back so you can urinate again. If you had to go before the period of excitement/ejaculation, I guess it wouldn;t be so unusual. But other than that, I think you should check it out with a doctor.
