I'm going with Total. It tastes better too. Special K just makes more commercials. Check out the nutrition information on the boxes in the store.

Based on the nutritional information, I would say total is a healthier choice because it provides more nutrients! You get 100% of your daily intake of Vitamin C, Calcium, and Iron in just 3/4 cup! Also, it is lower in sodium and higher in fiber. The only PLUS to Special K is the extra protein, and the fact that it is a little bit better on calories. Still, Total is the "healthier" option!!

well total has more fat than special k but special k has more calories that total so i don't know!!

Don't talk **** about total!
