Can having Anal Sex result in physical body damage for either the man or the wom!

Question: I was speaking with an older woman from work and she was telling me about her aunt having to get some surgery because of so many years of Anal Sex being performed on her. Then she also said that she had also heard about a man having problems with his Prostate because some bacteria from the woman's feces traveled up his Urethral and into the Prostate gland.

My question is, what are ALL the health risks that can come with having Anal Sex, for both the man performing it and the woman receiving it?

There are risks involved but I have a hard time believing what you were told to be true. First, bacteria that travels up the urethra would cause a terrible infection, not prostate problems. Antibiotics would take care of this. As of her having surgery this would be true if she had torn her anus. For this she should have prepared herself by using an enema before penetration and by not using a bat. In accordance with a gynecologist I know, the only time surgery was needed was because the woman had inserted something larger than three inches (3") in circumference... about the size of a baseball bat.

The major risks are STDs. All other problems can be prevented by proper preparation and good hygiene practices.
Like, use an enema before preparation, use a lot of lube and wear a condom. Take it slow until the rectum relaxes. Then wash well.

aids and other std's if you are planning to have anal sex both partners should be clean and I would suggest using a comdom and lots of lube. Have fun

I don't know ALL the risks... but, I know a few:

***Woman***
1) STD's
2) Butt babies (really...)
3) Anal Fissures (tears in the butt-hole)
4) Prolapsed Rectum (butt-hole falls out)
5) Death (there's a nerve in the rectum that, if properly stimulated, can result in death).

***Man***
1) STD's
2) Poop in the pee shoot
3) Inflammation of the pee-shoot (urethritis)
4) Infection in the pee shoot
5) Infection ON the penis resulting from rectal bacteria or fungi

it can damage the bodies easily it is an exit not anything else
