Short of masturbating & letting it go back down (it remains slightly swollen afterwards) no, and that is only temp. pack it away in a pair of boxer briefs, they show off a bigger bulge

videotape your wang and watch it on a big screen tv

Tie a weight to it, eventually adding more weight. This will help it lengthen.

shaving down there makes it appear to look ALOT bigger, its alot cleaner looking too?

It is what it is. Nothing, no weights, no pumps, no pills will make it bigger so you will have to live with it. Just learn how to use it correctly and everything will be just fine.

use a microscope.

I'm not sure I'd do what "Papa" suggested. Hanging weights will definitely increase the length, but will also decrease the girth. Think of what happens when you stretch Silly Putty. Look into jelqing. There's plenty of sites out there about it, just type "jelq" into your favorite search engine.

pull on it, not like if you're masturbating, but if you pull on it, it should stay long for at least a little while, if you're looking to impress. or, you could get a little turned on and then stop, it'd almost be a semi, but it'd still look flaccid, only bigger.

This may sound silly, but it worked for me. When you're flaccid just pull your penis (not too hard to make it hurt) downward and do this a few times per day.
