Nope, it's not normal for a 15-year-old. The average is between 4.5 and 6 inches, so you can see that your boyfriend is well above that. There's nothing wrong with him at all, he's just bigger than most guys, that's all. If you think his penis is small then there's no hope for the rest of us. XD

All the above answers assume a particular measuring standard... Young boys often CHEAT and measure from the balls up to the head... this adds about 2 inches of hard penis that does not typically extend OUT of the body... you can feel it there, but it doesn't actually stick out. In my humble opinion... make sure that the measurement is from the top (stomach on the top, not balls on the bottom) and measure from stomach to the head... Betcha it is 6 inches or less ;)
