How much time does it takes in average to have muscles?!
Question: Whats the average of time for gaining muscles/weight?
Answers: Whats the average of time for gaining muscles/weight?
you should see results in 6 weeks or so if you are on a 2 to 3 day per week workout plan. It also depends on your diet, age, and what exercises you are doing. For example, a male barely entering puberty may have trouble getting muscles until he's 20 or so (puberty varies from person to person). Taking extra protein may help to a certain extent. And of course body size is a factor, short men have a different build than taller men, it means people notice a small weight gain more easily than on tall people, and the same goes for muscles.
i dont know i do 120 push ups every day and do 20pound reps and still dont have muscle.
most people who lift consistently , about three times a week, and use challenging enough weights (without sacrificing good form mind you) see significant changes in about 4 weeks.
much of that depends on your individual body type and the exercises being performed
depends on how often you work out..
with a good diet and workout plan you can add about two pounds of muscle per month
