1) My penis is 6 1/2 inches long. Am I below, average, or above?
2) Most of the time when I masturbate my right testicle tends to move upwards. It feels like its leaving the sac area and trying to get to my stomach. Any idea whats happening?
3) I have these little bumps on my penis. I have never had sex so it shouldnt be anything sexually wrong with me, I was reading and someone said that it may be a sign of puberty (already hit it 2 years ago, had them about that long). Any ideas here?

Your size is average size. Don't compare your size to the guys in the porn industry, they are just blessed. As for your testicle, it is ascending toward your abdomen likely due to muscle contraction. Before you were born, your testicles were both in your abdomen before they descended into your scrotum. It is normal as long as your testicles do not ascend into your abdomen, and not drop back down after you ejaculate. The bumps are a normal bat of puberty. I remember having the same concern when I was your age. If you are not yet sprouting hair there, you soon will. That is normal too. Remember that there is only one wife out there for you, and there is no shame in saving yourself for her. These days, with all of the diseases out there I would save myself for my wife.

Six and a half is a really good size. Be happy with it. There's something called an ascended testicle where you're testicle moves up into the body, if it happens its not a good thing, but as long as it stays in your sac don't worry about it. As for the bumps, idk.
