You could try to wash it out with lukewarm water and soap. Use plenty or water and only a little soap. Also, you might not want to say anything about it unless you are asked. You could always claim you had a spontaneous emission (wet dream) if you're too uncomfortable telling the truth.
In the future, you might want to use a paper tissue or a paper towel
