My butt hurts. What can i put on it to make it better?!

I know that eating fiber helps to. I did that already but it is not working yet.
I am on thyroid meds but i think my body need more meds or upped dosage or something. I am having other symtoms to. LIke lazyness, tired all the time. I can sleep for at least 10 hrs a night. But any ways thanks for answering my questions.

is it the part you sit on or is it your Annis.
if it's the Annis hole use hemorrhoid cream or suppositories
they usually give immediate temporary relief. you can buy them at any drugstore. i would buy both. use the suppository and them smear some cream ointment on the outside.

If it is you "butt muscle" you can try stretching it. I am a runner and when I run hills or anything like that, the muscles get sore. You might want to try stretching by keeping one leg straight then crossing the other one over it and pulling it close to you... then switch.
